Set up your Zella Life email

Activate your Zella Google account, turn on 2-Step Verification within a day, and find your platform invitation.

Your Zella Google account (firstname.lastname@coaching.zellalife.com) is what you use for everything Zella: signing in to the platform, your Zella email and your Zella calendar. It holds participants' information, so it has extra security.

Steps

  1. Find the invitation from Google Workspace in the inbox of the address you gave us (check spam). Click Sign in, then I understand.
  2. Create a strong password.
  3. When Google asks you to set up 2-Step Verification, click Enroll, not "Do it later". A passkey (your fingerprint or face) is the easiest method; an authenticator app or your phone number also work.
  4. Open Gmail (the apps grid, top right). This is your Zella inbox. Open Join Zella Life and continue with Set up your Zella Life account.

Warning

Turn on 2-Step Verification within one day. If you don't, Google locks the account and the Zella team has to reset it for you.

Tips

  • Already use Google with another account? Keep both signed in: click your profile picture and Add another account, rather than signing out.
  • Don't forward Zella emails or calendar invitations to a personal account. They contain participant information.
